1Introduction & Consent

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between Daraz Palay ("Platform", "we") and its users ("you", "member"). By accessing the Daraz Palay website or creating an account, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.

2Account Registration Requirements

To create an account on Daraz Palay, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• Each person may register only one account.
• You must provide your real name, phone number, and email address where applicable.
• You must use a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Registration is not available from countries or regions where Daraz Palay's services are prohibited.

Keeping your account secure is entirely your responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone. You are liable for any transactions made by a third party who gains access to your account.

3Age & Identity Verification (KYC)

Daraz Palay has a zero-tolerance policy when it comes to protecting minors from gaming. Age is verified at registration, and KYC documents may be requested at any time.

Common situations where KYC is required:

• Before your first large withdrawal (৳50,000+).
• If account information appears suspicious.
• Multiple accounts showing the same details.

For KYC verification, a National ID (NID) or birth registration certificate is generally accepted. Verification is completed within 24 hours of document submission.

4Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

The account used for deposits and the account used for withdrawals must belong to the same person. Withdrawals to a third party's account are not permitted. Daraz Palay complies with international anti-money laundering regulations.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

Daraz Palay offers a variety of bonuses — welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and more. Each offer has its own specific terms, but some general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Each bonus offer may only be used once per person.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement (typically 20x–30x) is fulfilled.
• If wagering is not completed within the bonus validity period, the bonus balance will be forfeited.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all bonuses being cancelled and the accounts suspended.
• Purchasing a bonus buy in a game may be subject to separate terms specific to that game.

6Gaming Rules

All games on Daraz Palay are developed by internationally recognized software providers and powered by an RNG (Random Number Generator). No one — not Daraz Palay, not the player — can predetermine the outcome.

• If your internet connection drops during a game, the game state will be saved.
• Any winnings resulting from a technical error will be considered void.
• Each game's payout table and RTP information can be found within the game interface.
• Bets cannot be changed after a round has started in a crash game.
• In the event of any dispute, Daraz Palay's server logs shall serve as the final and conclusive evidence.

7Prohibited Activities

All Daraz Palay members must refrain from the following actions:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Completing KYC or registration using false information.
• Using bots, automated software, or any hacking tools.
• Bonus arbitrage or systematic bonus abuse.
• Using funds from money laundering or illegal sources on the platform.
• Harassing other players or members of the support team.
• Abusing chargebacks or payment disputes.

Violation of this rule may result in Daraz Palay suspending the account and forfeiting the balance without notice.

8Account Closure & Suspension

Daraz Palay may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of the Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to submit KYC documents or submission of fraudulent documents.
• Prolonged inactivity (12 months) — a notice will be sent beforehand.
• When a player voluntarily requests self-exclusion or account closure.

If an account is closed for standard reasons, any remaining real money balance will be refunded after verification. Closure due to a terms violation will result in forfeiture of the balance.

9Responsible Gaming Policy

At Daraz Palay, we believe gaming is entertainment — not a way to cope with life's pressures. We are deeply committed to responsible gaming and make no compromises on this.

• Each member can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit.
• Self-exclusion — from 24 hours to permanent — can be requested at any time.
